Salida PE Teachers John Alfaro, Ron Delaney, and Emily York teach not only PE, but math and science as well!  Students have been learning about hand-eye coordination and the brain during PE sessions.  The teachers set up a hands-on science experiment of dissecting a cow's eye so that students could see the parts of the eye.  Every 4th and 5th grade student in the district will have this opportunity this week as the PE teachers go to each campus.
