Welcome to your second grade class/family.   This year is going to be an exciting year.  This is my 20th year of teaching. This is my third year teaching in the second grade. I love teaching second grade.  I have been married 23 years and have three wonderful sons.  

  • Something New For Read to Self    We are going to have a new accountablity piece, that we are going to use in conjunction with read to self.  We are going to have Accelerated Reader soon.  It is where the students will be able to take comprehension tests on books that they've read.  It is a great program and will enhance our Read to Self.
